Our team brings extensive experience in designing and delivering enrichment programmes.

Raymond (left) has a strong background in the tuition and enrichment industry, with deep insights into the diverse learning needs of children. His collaboration with enrichment providers and close engagement with parents and educators enable him to develop afterschool programmes that support holistic child development. 

Eric (right) has spent over a decade at NTUC First Campus, leading initiatives in corporate communications, marketing, and business development. As Business Director, he oversees the group’s enrichment operations and played a key role in launching Outdoor School, which contributes to the holistic development of 15,000 children annually. Eric also serves on the school management committee at Assumption Pathway School, reinforcing his commitment to shaping future generations. 

Our curriculum development team ensures that our afterschool and student care programmes remain innovative, engaging, and relevant to children’s real-world needs. 

Kai Ting (middle) is an experienced educator with over 14 years of experience working with young children. As a former Principal in leading private preschools, she brings in-depth expertise in early childhood education and curriculum development, allowing her to craft proprietary learning programmes that shape young minds. 

Mindy (right) is an innovation-driven intrapreneur with a track record of launching and scaling multi-national services and products. With experience in design thinking, brand development, and strategic planning, she ensures that Changemakers’ enrichment curriculum is future-focused, equipping children with life skills that prepare them to be tomorrow’s leaders.

A graduate of the University of Michigan and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mindy benefitted from seven years in Singapore’s Gifted Education Programme (GEP) in the 1990s — a legacy continued by both her children, who are currently in the GEP. Her deep understanding of academic excellence and innovation in education informs the high standards and forward-thinking design of the programmes at Changemakers.

Our teaching team is dedicated to nurturing confident and capable individuals. With a blend of experience in early childhood to primary education, STEM learning, and years of teaching across different levels, they bring creativity and care to every lesson. The team is also equipped with deep knowledge of the MOE curriculum, including English and Chinese language education, to help our children excel in handling their academics and beyond.

Focused on building essential life skills and encouraging curiosity, they create meaningful learning experiences that help children think critically and adapt to new challenges. United in their mission, they prepare every child to thrive and lead in a changing world.

Theresa

Theresa is an experienced educator with over 22 years in the classroom, driven by a deep passion for helping children discover their strengths and realise their full potential. She previously served as a teaching specialist with the Ministry of Education, where she taught at prestigious schools such as St. Nicholas Girls’ School and Raffles Institution.

Beyond her professional life, Theresa is a proud mother of six, and her home – shared with two lively dogs and three chatty parrots – is filled with energy, laughter, and constant learning. She believes that every day presents an opportunity to turn curiosity into discovery, and she brings that same spirit of joy, creativity, and adventure into every learning experience. At Changemakers, Theresa blends her strong academic foundation with a nurturing, child-centric approach to make learning meaningful, memorable, and fun.

Esther

Esther is a graduate in Early Childhood Education with eight years of teaching experience. She has taught in preschool settings as well as conducted Math enrichment classes for students from Kindergarten to Primary 6. She strives to create a classroom environment that instills positive values in children while guiding them to understand the importance of character and good values in their daily lives. She is also passionate about ensuring that every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to learn in a safe and nurturing space – both emotionally and physically.

Esther believes that learning is a lifelong journey, with something new to discover each day. She finds joy in guiding children through their learning experiences and growing alongside them, making every moment meaningful.

Jasmine

Jasmine is an experienced Chinese Language teacher with over six years of primary-level teaching experience in Singapore. She focuses on building strong foundations through engaging, student-centred lessons that enhance listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Her lessons are designed to build confidence and accuracy in a supportive environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves. 

Jasmine believes in nurturing an interest in Chinese through everyday experiences. She makes Chinese both accessible and enjoyable. Her mentorship fosters the curiosity that transforms students into lifelong learners and confident changemakers.

Syairah (Sya) 

Sya is a Design Communication graduate with over a decade of experience across creative design, education, and marketing. With a strong foundation in visual communication and human-centric design, she has taught Art, Design Technology, and Computer Applications to children and youth from preschool to secondary levels. She is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that nurture creativity, confidence, and positive values. 

As an art educator and learning aid designer, Sya believes in making learning engaging, purposeful, and accessible, while ensuring every child feels supported in a safe and nurturing environment. She also believes learning is a lifelong journey and finds joy in guiding children through hands-on exploration, creative problem-solving, and self-discovery, helping them grow in both skills and character.

Hui Wen

Hui Wen is an experienced educator and student care professional with extensive experience in afterschool care and centre operations. He has worked across multiple student care organisations in Singapore, supporting students’ academic learning, character development, and socio-emotional well-being while also contributing to curriculum review and daily centre management. 

Having completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Linguistics (TESOL) with a focus on English Language Teaching, Hui Wen adopts a structured, student-centred approach and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
